CETS is a Sarajevo-based research initiative dedicated to producing rigorous, evidence-based insight on the questions shaping the Western Balkans' path toward Europe — from macroeconomic stability and institutional reform to competitiveness and sustainable transition.
We work independently of government and party interests, publishing analysis intended to be used: by policymakers weighing reform sequencing, by researchers building on comparative data, and by a public that deserves a clear account of where the region stands.
